In this interactive session, you’ll break out into roundtables to tackle a live, constructionspecific AI challenge. Working in groups, you’ll define how to balance speed, risk and control, and develop practical actions you can take back and implement across your projects and teams.

  • Define how to manage rapid AI adoption across projects where tools are already being used by field teams, subcontractors and internal functions without full visibility or control
  • Develop practical guardrails for AI-generated code, automation and new tools being deployed daily, without slowing delivery or creating friction across project teams
  • Build a clear approach to enabling AI use while protecting project data, client information and subcontractor access across fragmented systems and supply chains
