Charlie serves as the Director of Community Development for the Construction ISAC that facilitates the exchange of cyber threat intelligence tailored to the construction industry.
Previously, he served as Lead for Cybersecurity to the CEO of America’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) network, unifying cybersecurity guidance across 4,000 advisors to protect small businesses nationwide.
As the U.S. Head of Cyber Resilience for AXELOS (the intellectual property owner of ITIL), Charlie coordinated initiatives to strengthen operational continuity and cyber resilience for IT professionals while contributing to the development of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
Earlier in his career, he established and led the federal team at MRO.com (Maximo), delivering software and services to optimize supply chain logistics and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) for critical federal assets. His work supported high-profile defense and civil facilities, including NASA regional centers and the Space Shuttle program, the Intelligence Community headquarters, the Pentagon, the Ronald Reagan Building, FAA ground-based infrastructure and more.
