Seminars
In this interactive session, you’ll break out into roundtables to tackle a live, constructionspecific AI challenge. Working in groups, you’ll define how to balance speed, risk and control, and develop practical actions you can take back and implement across your projects and teams.
- Define how to manage rapid AI adoption across projects where tools are already being used by field teams, subcontractors and internal functions without full visibility or control
- Develop practical guardrails for AI-generated code, automation and new tools being deployed daily, without slowing delivery or creating friction across project teams
- Build a clear approach to enabling AI use while protecting project data, client information and subcontractor access across fragmented systems and supply chains
- Manage risk across vendors, platforms, and subcontractors where access to project systems creates direct exposure to delays, disruption, and data loss
- Identify where accountability breaks down across contracts and supply chains, creating gaps that attackers can exploit and operational failures can emerge
- Implement controls that protect project timelines, payment flows, and client data without slowing delivery or overloading small teams
Practical Takeaway: Leave with a practical framework for strengthening cyber and operational resilience across your supply chain, helping reduce third and fourth-party risk while protecting project continuity, commercial performance, and client trust
