Donnie Hill is Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) & Director of Information Security at Kiewit, where he leads the company’s enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, compliance, security operations, and security architecture programs. He is responsible for advancing CMMC and NIST 800-171 compliance efforts, helping ensure readiness for critical federal contracts while embedding security into complex construction operations. With more than nine years at Kiewit, Donnie has held leadership roles spanning security engineering, security operations, and cybersecurity management. Today, he focuses on aligning cybersecurity investments with business priorities, strengthening resilience, and enabling secure project delivery at enterprise scale.
